Visualizations of Cuisine-Drug Interactions
The following is a list of visualizations of inferred data about the negative cuisine-drug interactions, by different ATC drug groups and different ingredients.
- Global distribution of negative cuisine-drug interactions, for an ATC drug category
- Global distribution of the worst ATC drug category, per cuisine
- Global distribution of the participation of an ingredient in cuisine-drug interactions
- Global distribution of the worst ingredient, per cuisine
These visualizations are part of our research on how negative food-drug interaction are spread out across different cuisines, i.e. different parts of the world. The results of the analysis were published in a journal article in Scientific Reports (PDF version).
